Blackpool Alcohol Treatment Care Pathways
Description:
In order to understand the patient journeys more fully, it was considered advisable to revisit and map alcohol-related care pathways. Representatives of most of the front-line care suppliers were invited to participate in a workshop to identify all commissioned pathways supporting the Blackpool Alcohol Harm Reduction Programme (BAHRP). A meeting in April 2009 was convened by the Department of Health Alcohol National Support Team.
