Before you start you might want to have to hand:

• project outline
• aims and objectives
• details of staffing
• any evaluation report and/or
• budgets

And maybe a cup of tea!

Do I need to write much?

HubCAPP does contain detailed information on each project listed but we've endeavoured to make the process as easy as possible. Please:

• don't re-write information that doesn't already exist
• if you feel that you have documents that answer the questions upload these as well

What if I don't have time to complete the questions?

If you get part way through you can:

• save the form - and come back to it later
• or submit the information already completed

Any information you submit will help us in being able to list your project on HubCAPP.

What happens after I submit a project?

A member of the HubCAPP team will contact you for any further clarification and follow up. We aim to do this within one month of your submission.
